These terms govern your use of the Coastal Private Concierge website and transportation services. By booking a ride or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.
Reservations. All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation until you receive written confirmation from us via email or text.
Deposit. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Short-notice bookings. For rides booked less than 48 hours in advance, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

Pricing. All quoted rates are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if the actual trip differs from the original booking details (e.g., additional stops, extended wait time, route changes requested by the passenger).
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unsafe driving conditions (severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Coastal Private Concierge provides private transportation services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to deliver punctual, safe, and comfortable service, we cannot guarantee exact arrival or departure times due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road construction, and accidents.

Passenger conduct. Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and refrain from any illegal activity. We reserve the right to end a trip in progress if passenger behavior poses a safety risk to the driver or vehicle. No refund will be issued in such cases.
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
